Reasons for collecting and processing information. We do that in order to e.g.:
- provide support services for you, response to questions, comments, and other requests;
- boost, upgrade, enhance and better personalize your experience Fundamento’s UX/UI;
- analyse and determine issues with our tools;
- identify and communicate with you, including providing newsletters, company news, related products and services, promotions, special offers or service information and other marketing offers;
- process your payments that might be processed and stored by our third-party payment processors on our behalf;
- measure and assess interest and engagement in Fundamento’s products, including analysing your usage of these products;
- enforce our contract with you; comply with our legal obligations and also prevent and prosecute potentially prohibited or illegal activities.

Security & Retention of data
- We have created and maintained appropriate security procedures and technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, disclosure, alteration, or use;
- Your personal data will be retained as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected the personal data (as enforce our contract with you);
- Once you or your company terminate the contract with us or otherwise ended your relationship with us, we may retain your personal data in our systems and records to ensure adequate fulfilment of surviving provisions in terminated contracts, also for other legitimate business purposes, such as to evidence our business practices and contractual obligations, or to comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting or other requirements;
- When we have no ongoing legitimate business need nor lawful legal ground to process your personal data, we will delete, anonymize, or aggregate it or, if this is not possible - we shall securely store your personal data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

- We declare that each information has been treated on particular confidentiality level: confidential, restricted, internal (however also restricted), public;
- Data confidentiality level is determined by e.g.: value of the information, based on impacts identified during the risk assessment process, sensitivity and severity of the information.

Incident detection
- Our security team have created an internal Incident Policy which contains different procedures for preparation for incidents, its identification, containment, investigation and eradication and recovery;
- We will use all of the necessary measures to detect security incidents, unfortunately, it’s certainty that no system is 100% secure, that’s why we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you have provided to us;
- Our team shall ensure monitoring of network traffic and workloads for illegal or unauthorized activities, continuous monitoring of logs to detect potentially unauthorized activity, respond to notices of potential incidents from employees, partners or external parties;

Your rights in terms of your data
- Right to access, correct, amend, or delete your data (however in this last case we will not be able to maintain a contract with you). You have the right to obtain confirmation from us if we collect and process your personal data and related information, as well as the right to obtain a copy of your personal data;
- You may receive your personal data, that you have provided to us, in a commonly-used, and machine-readable format. This right only exists if the processing is based on your consent or our contract, and the processing is carried out by automated means;
- You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data and incomplete data, and also right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain cases;
- You have the right to restrict processing and erase/delete your personal data in certain cases;
- Your right is to refuse or withdraw your consent. If you have given your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without any adverse consequences;
- As we collect the data for marketing purposes, including to send you marketing communications, you have the right to stop receiving these communications.

International Transfers (including transfers outside of the European Union)
We process and store information on servers located in the US East, and we may store information on servers and equipment in other countries depending on a variety of factors, including the locations of our users and service providers. By using Fundamento’s products, you consent to the transfer of information to locations that may be outside of your country of residence. You acknowledge and agree that you can legally transfer it to the EU, Australia, Brazil, Switzerland, UK, Gibraltar or another country. Changes to the Fundamento’s Privacy Policy
- We may revise and update this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion;
- If you do not agree with any changes we make, you can stop interacting with us and using our products. When required under applicable law, we will notify you of any changes posting an update on our WWW site or in another appropriate way;
